General Terms and Conditions
1. General considerations – application area
This e-commerce website is operated by Samvaz SA.
Rali® and Rali Shark® are registered trademarks owned by Samvaz SA. The use of this e-shop is subject to Terms and Conditions that apply to all offers, orders and deliveries. The company Samvaz SA performs all deliveries and services related to e-shop based on these Terms and Conditions. All other conditions which vary or supplement these Terms and Conditions are not recognized unless they are explicitly written by Samvaz SA.
By placing your order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Samvaz SA supplies goods only to certain countries. Any country which is not supplied by Samvaz SA is subject to an agreement with Samvaz SA. This agreement must be drawn up prior to the order and accepted by Samvaz SA.
Samvaz SA expressly reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and apply to all contracts which have been concluded after the change. Please regularly check our conditions.
2. Industrial property rights – links
The elements of the e-shop Samvaz SA, including images, videos, audios and technologies used for these purposes, are protected by copyright, trademark and patent law. They are the sole property of Samvaz SA.
A user who wishes to create a link to the website of Samvaz SA for his own website and for his own personal use must obtain the permission of Samvaz SA. Hyperlinks to the website of Samvaz SA with frame technology or links online is prohibited.
In principle, all links to the pages operated by Samvaz SA, are to be immediately removed on request from Samvaz SA from the site operator.
a) Conclusion of contract
A contract between Samvaz SA and the customer is not accepted with the order transmitted, but only once the order is accepted by Samvaz SA.
Samvaz SA is not obliged to accept any order. If Samvaz SA cannot execute an order, the customer will be notified.
Samvaz SA reserves the right to define the minimum and maximum amount per order. These amounts may vary depending on the type of payment.
No VAT will be applied to countries outside the European Union.
Prices can be modified at any moment by SAMVAZ SA.
The price of the goods on the order confirmation of the company Samvaz SA, is decisive for the amount on the invoice.
The legal guarantee is 2 years and begins at delivery date of the goods. The warranty claims are initially limited to replacement deliveries. If a replacement delivery is not possible, the customer has the choice between cancellation of the purchase contract or reduction of the price. Other warranty claims are expressly excluded unless otherwise specified in the law.
Excluded from the warranty: damage due to normal wear, improper use or a defective or incorrect maintenance.
Please keep all necessary documents which prove the beginning of the warranty period (purchase order, delivery, etc.).
The operator of the website has done his best to represent the colors of the products as true as possible in the e-shop. The quality of the pictures also depends on the customer's screen. Therefore, Samvaz SA cannot guarantee that all colors are represented in a perfect and original way. Possible deviations of color are not considered a defect.
Vices or defects which can be visually observed during delivery of the articles must be reported within 10 days. In the case of defects which occur later, the customer must inform the after-sales service department of Samvaz SA as soon as possible by e-mail or post, and no longer than 10 days after their occurrence. If no claim takes place within the stipulated deadline, the goods are considered accepted.
5. Delivery and payment terms
The sender is authorized to make partial deliveries.
Shipment is at the risk of the sender.
The shipping is made by the services of the Swiss Post with International shipment services or its EU partners. The delivery time is 4-7 days in average from the collection by the carrier. All shipments are secured with a tracking number. You can easily track your parcel until home delivery.
The shipping costs are included in a package between 0 and 30 kg. For orders whose total weight exceeds 30 kg, a prior agreement must be requested to Samvaz SA by telephone, post or email.

Three payment methods are possible: credit card, Paypal and bank transfer.
The maximum amount by credit card and bank transfer is 1,500 €.
When paying online via credit card, the invoice amount will be debited from the credit card upon receipt of the order. Samvaz SA currently accepts Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
For payments by wire transfer, the ordered goods will be dispatched only after reception and collection of the funds by Samvaz SA. In this case, the processing time and shipping of the order will be automatically extended.
The company Samvaz SA reserves the right to check the solvency of the customer when taking an order. The possible payment mode is specified in the procedure of order taking.
c) Reservation (reserve) of property
The goods remain property of Samvaz SA until full and final settlement of the invoiced amount.
d) Delivery terms
Compensation for late delivery is excluded, insofar as it was not deliberate misconduct.
In general, if the ordered items are in stock, they will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. The items which are not in stock will be shipped immediately after reception from our central warehouse.
In the case of a multi-product order, Samvaz SA reserves the right to immediately send the goods which are in stock, and to supply the missing products later. To avoid this inconvenience, Samvaz SA, as manufacturer, will do its best to provide the stocks at maximum.
As the parcels are delivered by the postal services, Samvaz SA cannot be held responsible for delays, non-deliveries or product damages.
Samvaz SA will do its best to treat litigious matters under the best conditions in order to satisfy the customers.
e) Return and payback
In case of return, Samvaz SA will bear the costs if the return takes place within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this time the return costs are borne by the customer.
A payback will be made within 30 days.
Note: A payback will not be made if the goods are not returned in complete state, in perfect condition and in the original packaging (not opened).
6. Use and data protection, security and updating of the data
a) Samvaz SA respects the privacy of its customers and treats personal data confidentially, with loyalty and trustworthiness.
By submitting the order, the customer agrees that his data will be processed within Samvaz SA as follows:
At the time of the first contact, Samvaz SA collects personal data such as first and last name, address, age, e-mail address to complete the transaction and for marketing purposes.
In addition to the explicit data entered, information from the log files (a type of work report of the computer) is collected automatically. With this information, no personal profile will be generated.
Samvaz SA uses this information to establish anonymous statistics regarding the impact of internet offers.
Details of orders can be used with regard to the purchase frequency and the ordered amounts, in order to improve the services for the customer. The use of their content is anonymous. The purchasing data of the customers are frequently closed and deleted.
If the customer wishes to refuse the use of his personal data for advertising purposes, he must notify this in writing.
Customer personal data will not be - except those subject to legal obligations and those required to carry out the order - transmitted to third parties. It is guaranteed that no use of the data by third parties will be allowed, except for the concrete customer order.
b) Samvaz SA uses a modern security technology to protect data from unauthorized access.
Samvaz SA cannot assume any responsibility for the security of data on internet. The transmission of all sensitive data is encrypted.
When the customer makes an online purchase, a key symbol or padlock appears at the bottom right corner of the screen in the navigator window. This icon indicates that the transactions are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts the information on the credit card. If one of these symbols are not displayed please contact Samvaz SA immediately.
C) The customer can update his data quickly and easily
Select "My Account" and then "Modify or View Your Personal Data.” Enter the required information and click update.
D) To delete a name from the customer list, please perform the following steps:

7. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the case of disputes, the Swiss courts are alone responsible.
